As you all (might) know, my other hobby other than shopping is to design clothes. But it doesn't end there, the reason why I am so grounded towards making it big in the fashion industry is because it is constantly changing, and it is a huge challenge trying to cope up as well as finding my own place somewhere underneath the hustle.
This collection is entitled "DYSMORPHIA" which is a disorder whereby the soul lacks confidence in terms of their physical appearance. I was always captivated by the woman's hunger to look better even when they look decent or even close to perfect. Details such as the high turtle neck collars, and the idea of having pieces of broken mirror, blurry prints, and slightly over-sized silhouette to show ease and insecurity.
My design aesthetic has always revolved around simplicity with a touch of personality. My thirst to figure out the technical production in making garments; for example; fabric metamorphosis is the main starting point when i start designing.
